Caros Diamonds will ship in-stock items within 1 - 3 business days. Please allow 4 - 8 weeks for out-of-stock and custom pieces made to order. Please, kindly inform us if you have a time constraint, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. All orders are carefully and tastefully packaged and shipped with full insurance coverage. We ship within the United States via UPS providing tracking information on all orders. All of our packages require a signature upon delivery.

For international shipping, customers must contact us for shipping rates, and carrier options. We strive to provide the best customer service and will do our best to accommodate any special shipping requests.

Caros Diamonds is a family-owned business that offers the finest jewelry of exceptional quality. We strongly believe in providing our customers with a seamless purchasing experience, and we are committed to ensuring that our customers can buy our products with confidence.

Within 7 days of receiving your purchase, we may accept exchanges at our discretion. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, returned in their original selling condition, along with proof of purchase and packaging. The condition of the merchandise and eligibility for exchange will be assessed by us. Please contact us for exchange authorization and instructions.

Customers are responsible for all related shipping costs for exchanges.

All orders placed over the phone are subject to the same terms of service.

Please note that SALE items, ENGRAVED items, MODIFIED items and Custom Work are FINAL SALE.
